The Fellowship of the Ring

The Fellowship of the Ring, the first film in Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy, was released in 2001. The film follows the journey of Frodo Baggins (Elijah Wood) as he sets out to destroy the One Ring, a powerful artifact created by the Dark Lord Sauron. The Return of the King

The Return of the King, the third and final film in the trilogy, was released in 2003. The film follows the fellowship as they reunite and travel to Mordor to confront Sauron in a final battle. The film concludes with the destruction of the One Ring and the defeat of Sauron.
